Nicole’s team is the force behind Sterling’s first impressions—greeters, registration clerks, and hospital scheduling—and she fosters our white-glove service excellence all the way through to the administrative billing and collection divisions. She brings more than 20 years of financial experience in healthcare to Sterling’s leadership group, with a diversified management background serving specialty psychiatric billing groups and dedicated Medical/Surgical facilities and services.
Nicole values team loyalty and collaboration, as well as essential leadership qualities like strategic mindset, flexibility, and resourcefulness in herself and others.
Nicole married her high school sweetheart almost three decades ago and they have two wonderful daughters, Bridget and Bailey. They enjoy family-focused adventures in travel, fitness, team sports, (especially attending Ole Miss games), and faith.
